  • What should children wear?
    Children and adults must always wear socks in the play frame and in the toddler area Clothes with cords that could get caught in the play equipment should not be worn in the play area.
  • When is the quietest time to visit?
    The quietest time to visit will be 9am to 10am or 3pm to 5.30pm Please note our Saturday morning sessions can be very busy.
  • Are there any age restrictions?
    Yes. The toddler area is strictly for babies and children up to the age of three ONLY. The main play frame is suitable for children 3 years to 8 years old. Adults are allowed on the play frame for supervision purposes ONLY if required. The toddler area is strictly for 3-year-olds and under with adult supervision at all times. Please note, older children are not permitted to supervise or play with younger children in the toddler area.
  • Will my children get too hot?
    No, we have a great air-conditioning system, and an outside play area, where they can go to cool down.
  • Can we pop in and out of the facility?
    Leaving small children is permitted only when you need to use the toilet, if you do leave your child, please ensure a responsible adult he’s looking after your child or kindly take your child with you.
  • Are there any restrictions?
    Yes. The main play frame is suitable for children aged 3 to 8 years; adults are allowed on the play frame for supervision purposes ONLY if required. At quiet times children aged under four may play on the main frame with adult supervision at all times. This frame is not recommended for children under three. The toddler area 3 years and under only, with adult supervision at all times. Please note other children are not permitted to supervise or play with younger children in this area. Entry will be refused to any person we consider is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The venue is strictly no smoking, no drinking alcohol, no drugs and no vaping.
  • Can we bring our own food in?
    Only drinks, food and package snacks purchased from Come ‘n’ Play Cafe kitchen are to be consumed within the play area designated seating area. Please remember no food or drink to be taken into the soft play or toddler areas
  • Are there any age restrictions?
    Come ‘n’ Play Café is designed for children 0 to 8 years old. The under threes have their own separate area.
  • Is it easy to park?
    There is plenty of parking along the Broadway and to either side of the Broadway behind the shops, there are two pay and display car parks, remember to purchase your ticket and display correctly.
  • Do you have any special offers, events or promotions?
    We have lots of special offers at different times, promotions and special ticketed events. To make sure you don’t miss out please kindly follow us on Facebook to receive our offers directly to your phone.
  • Why can’t older children supervise a younger child?
    An adult is classed as a parent or guardian over the age of 18 and this is for the safety of security of your children
  • Our weekends and holidays more expensive?
    No? Please note adults are free, one free adult per paying child. Additional adults are charged at £2 per person, which is redeemable when purchasing a tea or coffee or refreshments
